What if I received my 828 product as a gift?

If you have received a 828 Bracelet as a gift from our website and are looking for a replacement, we would just need the purchaser's order number to begin the process. 

If you do not have this information we're happy to help! You can email us the gift givers full name or email address to search for the order information. We do need to locate the order in our system before proceeding. 

If the 828 Bracelet was purchased at a retail location, please contact the original seller and they will be able to assist.
